PKP Residence reimagines an existing home through the thoughtful integration of a new extension, creating a seamless living environment for multiple generations. While the new wing provides private spaces for the younger generation, the renovation of the original living area strengthens the connection between old and new, encouraging everyday interaction while respecting individual privacy.

The architectural language draws inspiration from the existing terrace, introducing warm teak cladding, black steel framing, and expansive glazing to blur the boundary between interior and landscape. Natural light, framed garden views, and carefully composed transitions establish a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.

A restrained palette of timber, stone, rattan, and black metal is complemented by a curated mix of contemporary and mid-century furniture, creating an interior that feels warm, timeless, and effortlessly livable. Carefully integrated lighting and bespoke millwork further reinforce the project's balance between modern functionality and enduring residential comfort.
