— Where Minimalism Meets Timeless Luxury —

Designed around the coexistence of luxury and simplicity, this residence explores how refined materiality can elevate a restrained architectural language. Rather than relying on decorative gestures, the design creates a calm and sophisticated living environment through proportion, craftsmanship, and carefully curated materials.

A bespoke full-height architectural cabinet unifies the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one continuous composition, seamlessly integrating storage, display, and everyday functions. Black-stained oak, Lilac New York marble, and open shelving introduce depth and rhythm while maintaining a clean, uninterrupted visual language.

The material palette balances warmth with elegance. Versailles-pattern natural oak flooring is framed by black marble borders, while white travertine wall cladding enhances the generous double-height volume with a quiet sense of luxury. Natural daylight is complemented by a restrained lighting strategy of concealed illumination, track spotlights, and a sculptural satin brass pendant, creating a soft and welcoming atmosphere throughout the space.
